Brent, the principal and a certified builder, has combined his years of industry experience with his creative side.

Brent’s craftsmanship and use of simple, honest building materials, has resulted in a range of original cottages with real kiwi flavour.

These are superior quality, boutique cottages, every one uniquely finished. They feature the use of natural timber where possible, and handcrafted finishing trims.

Cabbage Tree Cottages are perfect for a studio, home office, bed and breakfast or guest cottage, self sufficient cabin, modular home or granny flat, they can be modern or traditional as the customer prefers.

Our cottages are designed to be transported, but we can often build on site.
