The team at Coastline Homes is lead by Wallace Stewart, who is the managing director and principal of the company. Wallace has had over 30 years experience as a builder, having served an apprentiship upon leaving school. During this time he has undertaken many projects, both residential and commercial and has been running his own construction business for most of these years. Wallace likes to remain approachable to everybody involved in the construction process, while maintaining an efficient and professional manner.
Glenn Stewart, who is Wallaces eldest son is the foreman and site manager for Coastline Homes. Glenn has 15 years experience as a carpenter and has a wide range of skills in all types of construction. After serving his apprentiship with Wallace, he worked for various construction firms, gaining experience. Glenn has become a very good tradesman and as well as passing his skills on to others, he ensures that quality workmanship is maintained at all times.
Logan Stewart, Wallaces youngest son, is serving his apprentiship as a carpenter with Coastline Homes and has become a valuable part of the firm and will be there to ensure the reputation for quality construction and workmanship will continue well into the future.
The rest of the team are made up of skillfull, friendly people who can relate well with clients and can work very well individually if need be. All staff are permanant employees, being paid on a wages system, as Wallace feels this gives him better quality control than he gets with tradesman on a contract basis.
