Paradise Building and Developments Limited have been building award winning homes since the early 1990's.

Situated in the stunning Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, has designed and built over 250 homes for satisfied clients, many of whom have returned for a second and third home to be designed and built by Paradise in later years.

The creative forces behind the outstanding home design, build process, interior design and furnishings are Aaron and Sarah Paku. As a qualified Master Builder, Aaron oversees the building process. Sarah is the creative genius behind the interior design and furnishings, and together they design and develop the amazing floor plans, rooflines and other features that make Paradise homes so uniquely identifiable.

The New Zealand building industry is governed by the 'Registered Master Builders Association', and Paradise has won many of their awards over the years including the following:.

1st Place Overall - 1997.
1st Place Builders Own Home - 2002.
1st Place (Various Categories) - 1997, 1999, 2002.
2nd Place (Various Categories) - 1997, 2000, 2001, 2002.
3rd Place (Various Categories) - 1990.
Merit Award (Various Categories) - 1999, 2000.
Since 2002, Paradise have decided not to enter into any awards so to improve and refine their unique style with a strong focus on production. This helps in maintaining the highest quality and standards that Paradise provide for their clients.
