We are a Brass Band, deriving our membership from members of the greater Rotorua community. Ages range from 13 to over 60.
Currently a B Grade band, Rotorua Brass has consistently been ranked in the top echelon of A and B Grade bands over the last 20 years.
The band provides opportunities for non players to learn an instrument as well as experienced players to play in a band that regularly performs local concerts and attends National Contests.
The band provides instruments and can also provide teachers for tuition.
Repertiore ranges from traditional Brass Band music, to Pop/Rock/Jazz music and Contemporary Art music. There is something for all tastes.
Membership is open and we welcome new players and learners.
